CLI & Libraries

Command Line Interfaces are programs that are run through text-based interaction via the terminal terminal-emulator on most modern Operating Systems. While CLIs are usually far more precise and powerful than their GUI counterparts: their power comes with the burden of oblique means of interfacing and untold number of switches and options.

Behold: my thoughts on and descriptions of the coveted CLI applications I use on the regs. As well as any code snippets / one-liners I've felt the need to keep around.
